Casa A Schiera A Banner Elk

Tucked within the coveted River Club section of The Lodges at Eagles Nest, this Kidder custom-built home is the rare offering where no detail has been overlooked and no amenity is out of reach. Eagles Nest Community access to the Elk River — renowned as one of the finest trout fly fishing destinations in the Southeast — sits just beyond your door, while downtown Banner Elk is a quick five-minute drive away.
Inside, the living space flows seamlessly onto an oversized covered deck designed for true mountain living — whether you’re sipping morning coffee with the sounds of the river or hosting an evening around the fire pit in the thoughtfully landscaped backyard, which offers the privacy and space to make it entirely your own.
The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with its own balcony deck. A second bedroom and a fun bonus bunk room — complete with a hidden access door that kids absolutely love — offer flexible sleeping for family and guests. Two and a half bathrooms and a full-size laundry round out a home that is as functional as it is beautiful.
Beyond your own property, the full Eagles Nest amenity experience awaits: miles of ATV trails, the legendary Epic Chophouse, Great Camp, and a community that sets the standard for mountain living in the High Country.
Custom craftsmanship, Elk River access, and everything Eagles Nest has to offer — all five minutes from the heart of Banner Elk.
