Step off the hustle of Ibiza Town´s winding streets and into the enchanting world of Palacio Orfeo, an exquisite property offered by Fantastic Frank, and nestled in the heart of Ibiza’s historic Marina. This majestic building, was actually built in the late 1800s, and has been meticulously restored by the current owner and the renowned architect Pascal Cheikh - Djavadi (who was also responsible for other incredible projects in Ibiza, such as Hotel Montesol and the recently opened Teatro Pereya, as well as breathtaking projects worldwide).

This exquisite renovation project was started in 2017 taking three years, and has managed to perfectly blend local history with opulence and all mod cons expected at this level. Every corner of this architectural masterpiece tells a story of luxury and timeless elegance, from its grand entrance to its stunning rooftop terrace views of the Unesco Dalt Vila Cathedral.

The Main House

As you enter through the grand wooden double doors, you’re welcomed into a world of grandeur. The ground floor reception boasts an historic foyer with incredible 4.8-meter-high ceilings.
On this ground floor tucked away is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a fully equipped laundry area, a service room, and a machine room under the staircase. There is a very large lift that can take you up to the next two floors, or instead take the beautifully ornate staircase.

On the first floor there is a magnificent library and office area, as well as a marble-decked bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor, is a large expansive living area surrounded by large windows allowing huge amounts of light, and an ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen that can be elegantly concealed if required, by the huge wooden floor to ceiling door.
On the third and top floor is the final cute bedroom and en suite bathroom, with access to a private terrace with the aforementioned stunning views of Dalt Vila.

The town itself is centered mainly around the beautiful pedestrianized square known as Vara De Rey, and the main port.

Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the High Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants, such as 1742.

10 minutes out of Town is the airport, and to the west the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as Social Point, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and to the East the glamorous Marina Botofoch and Paseo Maritimo.
