K&A is a Portuguese company, headquartered in Foz, in the city of Porto, since 2005.

We are present in 4 areas: Residential, Leisure, Corporate, Hotels and Resorts.

In the Residential area we focus on the luxury market in prime areas, where we have sold the best properties.

In 2007 we also decided to invest in Baixa do Porto and its urban rehabilitation.

In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and over these years we have made our contribution to the much-needed rehabilitation of the historic center of Porto.

In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a K&A flagship with great visibility.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Shows and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020 we created the movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s get homes for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020 we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.

In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023 we began participating in international fairs, namely MIPIM in Cannes.
