Casa pier Casa Píer, located in Avaré SP, 2:30 from São Paulo is a true work of art, designed by architect Sérgio Sampaio. In front of the Jurumirim dam, in the most valued and exclusive arm of the dam, the house has the sunset as its protagonist. The land is 9700sqm, has a tennis court, beach tennis court, gardens, pier at the dam for boats and two jet skis, and a guest/service house with two suites, complete with kitchen and laundry. The house is simply irreplicable, the land from the land itself was used to build the walls of Taipa, which took approximately 3 years to complete as a whole. Innovative construction method, which blends with the exposed concrete of the foundations and its immense CLT (Cross Laminated Timber - Wood) slab with a free span of 14 meters! In the gourmet area the great charm of the house, a free space of 14 meters, with a table for 15 people customized entirely in Aco, this table weighs 800 kilos!
