Appartamento Artà

Right in the heart of Artà’s historic center, a rare opportunity has arisen to purchase two adjacent penthouse apartments and combine them into one exceptional home. One apartment underwent a high-quality renovation in 2024/2025, while the second unit is currently a shell and offers a wide range of design possibilities.

In total, there is approximately 153 m² of usable space and about 130 m² of living space available. The already renovated penthouse features a bright living, dining, and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom. All plumbing and electrical systems have been replaced. High-quality aluminum windows, good insulation, and Mitsubishi air conditioning units ensure modern living comfort.

For the second apartment, the entire roof has been re-shingled and fitted with new wooden beams. The interior can be customized to suit individual preferences. The plans include an open-concept living area as well as two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Additionally, a rear balcony can be added.

A highlight is the already completed private rooftop terrace, which only needs to be accessed via a staircase. From there, a beautiful view opens up over the old town all the way to the sea.

A special opportunity for anyone who wants to combine the charm of the old town, modern living comfort, and individual design possibilities in the heart of Artà.
