The Villa was built in 1966 designed by Eng. Luigi Lucherini, at the time a student of the well-known Arch. Giovanni Michelucci, one of the masters of Italian rationalist architecture. The Villa of about 600 square meters has been completely restored and enlarged in 2012 by the current owner, enhancing the fine interior finishes, such as chestnut fixtures and original Tuscan terracotta floors. Developed on 4 levels, it houses 5 rooms, including an independent apartment on the ground floor and bright living rooms with windows overlooking the garden.
