Villa Horizon: A New Contemporary Villa in Arco da Calheta
Currently under construction, Villa Horizon is a stunning new villa in Arco da Calheta. It combines elegant architecture, generous living spaces and a privileged location. Above all, it offers breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean.

A Bright and Functional Ground Floor
The property spans two floors. It has been carefully designed to offer comfort, functionality and a high-quality lifestyle. The ground floor, for instance, features a very spacious open-plan living and dining area. This connects seamlessly to a large modern kitchen.
The kitchen will include high-quality appliances, a generous island with seating and excellent storage. As a result, it creates a bright and welcoming space for everyday living and entertaining. The ground floor also includes a guest toilet, a dedicated office and a utility room. In addition, it offers direct access to the garage.

Parking and Access
The property benefits from a garage for two cars and an electric car charging point. A long private driveway with an electric gate completes the setup. Therefore, there’s plenty of additional parking space for several vehicles.

Spacious Bedrooms with Ocean Views
Upstairs, three spacious en-suite bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The master bedroom, for example, includes a walk-in wardrobe. The first floor also enjoys a front veranda overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Meanwhile, a rear terrace looks out over the surrounding forested areas. Together, they provide a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Outdoor Living at Its Best
Outside, Villa Horizon will feature a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a separate outdoor toilet for pool users. This makes the exterior space both practical and comfortable. In short, it’s ideal for enjoying Madeira’s exceptional climate and beautiful sea views.

A Rare Opportunity in Arco da Calheta
Construction is expected to finish before the end of 2026. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to acquire a brand-new contemporary villa. It sits in one of Madeira’s most sought-after locations.
