A 10-dwelling hamlet on 31-hectare grounds, perched on a rocky promontory, twenty minutes from Angoulême in the department of Charente . Set within a rolling landscape, the property, perched on a rocky outcrop, overlooks the valley and the nearby river that borders the estate to the southeast.
