This magnificent 25-hectare property is located in Alegrete, at the heart of the São Mamede Natural Park.

The estate stretches across the horizon, covered with vineyards, cork oaks, patches of forest, olive trees and an orange grove.

These unique vines, planted in 2022 in the heart of the São Mamede Natural Park, practise dry-farmed viticulture, uniquely adapted to the landscape and climate of the region. The vines grew without irrigation, relying solely on natural rainfall and deep-rooted resilience in the schist and granite soils of the park. This vineyard is one of a kind in the area.

The house stands quietly at the foot of the vineyard, embodying the simplicity and authenticity of rural Alentejo architecture. It has a minimalist rustic style with a spacious open-plan layout and very high ceilings. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a functional kitchen and a large living area, which opens onto a fabulous, generous outdoor terrace.

The shaded terrace is a spacious and peaceful outdoor living area overlooking the beautiful vineyard and the property, with exceptional views of the Medieval Castle of Alegrete.
