Maestosa Villa Fronte Mare Sull'isola DI Lampedusa Con Piscina, Sicilia

A truly spectacular and contemporary 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with complete privacy provided by the generous surrounding outdoor areas, all providing breath-taking views of the surrounding Mediterranean sea.   This majestic property is opposite the nature reserve of  ” l’Isola del coniglio ”.

The 2 story villa also has 2 outbuildings providing a total living space of 392 m2, however, the real appeal of this spectacular villa is the surrounding gardens and outdoor living space with swimming pool and own private amphitheatre style space that the current owners have used to entertain.  The garden area and land provides an additional 2000 m2 of space that is very private and secluded.

Unique in it’s nature, there will never be another chance to build such an extensive villa on this island again.
