Provided that all of the above approvals remain valid, the development potential of Land Section 1, located within the urban planning zone, can be planned without specific restrictions regarding its utilization.

LAND SECTION 2

A single plot with a total area of 14,660 m², featuring 280 m of frontage along the beach.

According to the applicable Greek Building Regulations, the development of the plot can be carried out in two alternative ways:

1.⁠ ⁠Construction of a total building area of 355 m² on the single 14,660 m² plot.
2.⁠ ⁠Subdivision into three independent plots, each exceeding 4,000 m², with the possibility of constructing one building of 200 m² on each plot.
