The area: El Madroñal

El Madroñal is one of Adeje’s established residential areas, set on the mid slope above the Fañabé hotel strip. That elevation is precisely what produces the horizontal ocean view: down at the coast only the front line has it, here the whole hillside does.

It is a place where people live rather than a tourist thoroughfare, and at the same time it sits a few minutes’ drive from the Costa Adeje beaches, the Siam Mall and Plaza del Duque shopping centres, Siam Park, schools and medical centres. That balance — residential quiet with everything ten minutes away — is what sustains demand in El Madroñal.

As an investment

The El Madroñal hillside is essentially built out. There is no meaningful land left for new villa developments at this elevation and this orientation, so future supply of comparable stock will not grow.
