Located in the quiet heart of Mallorca, this authentic Mallorcan finca offers exceptional privacy amidst untouched nature and expansive rural landscapes. The estate sits on nearly 4.5 hectares, surrounded by gentle hills reminiscent of Tuscan scenery. The grounds feature about 450 olive trees, a fruit orchard, vegetable garden, agricultural fields, and well-maintained Mediterranean gardens. Despite the absolute tranquility and privacy, the finca is conveniently located. Palma Airport is about a 25–30 minute drive, and the lively center of Palma is around 35 minutes away. Several charming villages with good restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and weekly markets are just 5–10 minutes by car. Notably, the nearby village of Sineu hosts one of the island’s largest and most traditional farmers’ markets. The finca has five bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. In July and August, several fig trees on the property bear ripe fruit that can be picked straight from the tree. The house is surrounded by a spacious polished concrete terrace, creating various zones for outdoor relaxation and dining. A special highlight is the approximately 12-meter pergola covered with climbing plants, providing pleasant shade for outdoor meals. Two large tables can be combined to seat 16–18 guests or used separately for more intimate dinners. Another covered terrace with sofas, rocking chairs, and an outdoor fan creates an especially cozy atmosphere for relaxed evenings and sunset drinks. The finca consists of two buildings located about ten meters apart, combining privacy with the authentic charm of traditional Mallorcan architecture.
