We present for sale an entire building complex consisting of 3 distinct real estate units located on Via Paracquara (SP 193) in the Spuligni area within the Municipality of Zafferana Etnea (Ct).

The general condition is good.

An elevator is present but has never been used as it is still awaiting inspection.

3. A building identified as the ”Church of Madonna del Buon Consiglio,” built in the second half of the 18th century, registered in the land registry under category E/7 (Buildings intended for public worship).
Its actual size is about 150 sqm on a rectangular plan and also includes a room used as a rectory; its general condition is very good (last restoration in 2012).
