Terrain à Bâtir Bagaúste Lote 1

The land plot is located in the Alto Douro Vinhateiro region, about 4 km from Peso da Régua, on the right bank of the Douro River, near the Bagaúste Dam. This is a demarcated area classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. The surrounding landscape of Régua is characterized by the Douro River, steep banks with vineyards, and large wine estates, many of which are open to the public. Known as lot 1, included in subdivision permit no. 1 dated 22/04/1999, situated on the right bank of the Douro River, it has an area of 129,040 m², duly constituted under the mentioned permit.
