Set halfway between the Tagus and the hills, this 5.7-hectare estate operates as a rural tourism establishment in the country house category, registered with Turismo de Portugal and licensed as a tourism establishment.

The main building spans a lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor, with 563.20 m2 of licensed gross construction area and authorised capacity for nineteen guests. All seven guest units have a private bathroom, air conditioning and television, and several open onto individual balconies screened by trellis, with views over the olive grove and the hills to the east. The two ground-floor units open directly onto the lawn beside the pool. Each room has a character of its own, defined by its tilework and textiles, giving the property an identity rarely found in establishments of this scale.

The shared areas were designed to host groups.
