Monte Alentejano with a rural tourism license, between Vila da Vidigueira and Cuba. This farm located in the lower Alentejo, consists of a main house, where we have the reception of guests, a living room with fireplace and stove, where you can spend some moments with family or watching TV and socialising with other guests.

In the same house we have a kitchen, pantry, bathroom, dining room where breakfast is served to guests, a master suite and two other suites, with a door to the first pool area. Here we have sun loungers to enjoy leisure time and enjoy the Alentejo sun. In the same building, we also have a games room for socialising.

Inside Monte, we find other buildings, all of them new, divided into small chalets, with bedroom, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, equipped with sink, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator and crockery for four people, table and chairs. In the chalets we also have a small terrace in each one, with a table and chairs, as sun loungers to enjoy a good rest. All rooms are equipped with hot water and internet.

Monte has two swimming pools, a hot tub, and plenty of rest area, such as a barbecue for guests to use.
We also have other constructions, such as the caretakers’ house, laundry and sheds for parking. The outdoor space has a manicured and manicured garden throughout the property.

Monte is sold fully equipped and decorated, operating as rural tourism.
The property, with an area of 5,500m2, has several dwellings, with its own matrix article, which you can separate, if you do not want to function as rural tourism, but for private use.
