In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: ”Let´s help the homeless” - Let´s find homes for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, notably the Golden Triangle and the Algarve.

In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023, we began participating in international trade shows, notably MIPIM in Cannes.
