Nestled in the countryside, this beautiful traditional Spanish country house combines rustic charm with the comfort of a modern home. The property also includes a separate apartment, ideal for holiday rentals, visitors, or accommodating family members. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest toilet.

The pool is located on one side of the property, where you can cool off on hot summer days while enjoying panoramic views of the hills and mountains.

The traditional market town of Vélez-Málaga, capital of the Axarquía region, is just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. There you will find all services, including bars, restaurants, banks, bakeries, supermarkets, as well as a garden center, a covered market, and a weekly street market. There is also a large shopping center about 20 minutes by car, while the Torre del Mar coast is about 25 minutes away. The vibrant city of Málaga is only 50 minutes away.

EXTERIOR:

The property is accessed via a partially paved and partially dirt road, about 7 minutes from the main Vélez Málaga road. From the gated entrance, a driveway leads to the parking area with space for several vehicles. Here is the small house with the water tank (3.25 x 3.60 m). The pool is also accessible from this area.

Beautiful traditional-style double wooden gates provide access to the estate and both properties. The apartment is on the left and features a large front terrace (approx. 10 x 5.5 m), perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. The country house is on the right, offering complete privacy from the apartment. On one side there is a barbecue area (6.50 x 3.25 m), a bread/pizza oven, and a good-sized storage/laundry room (2.95 x 3.45 m).

Surrounding the country house is a large covered terrace with potted plants and cacti. At the end of the terrace, stairs lead down to the pool (8 x 4 m), where you can refresh yourself while enjoying the stunning views.

INTERIOR:

APARTMENT:
With access from the terrace, the apartment opens into a spacious kitchen (6.30 x 2.70 m) with room for a dining table. From here, a door leads to the living room, which features a wood stove for cold winter nights and air conditioning. The living room has French doors opening onto the terrace, creating a bright and airy space. There is also a separate guest toilet (1.30 x 1 m) on this floor.

Upstairs, the property offers two double bedrooms: bedroom 1 (2.45 x 3.15 m) and bedroom 2 (5.55 x 3.25 m), both with built-in wardrobes and French doors opening onto a small balcony.

From the covered terrace, a traditional wooden door leads into the open-plan living area. To the right is the rustic-style kitchen (4.10 x 3.30 m) with granite countertops and ample cabinetry. From this area, you access the cozy study (3.30 x 2.55 m). To the left from here is the master bedroom (3.70 x 4.15 m) with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (3.60 x 3.75 m) with built-in wardrobes. To the right of the study is the guest bedroom (3.30 x 3.25 m) with an en-suite bathroom (1.55 x 4.70 m).
