Vista was founded in 2007. The company’s growth trajectory began with the
acquisition of South Bay Brokers (est. 1985) in 2015, a well-respected local

In 2016, Vista strengthened its South Bay presence further with the purchase of
Shorewood Realtors (est. 1969), one of the region’s most established and trusted
real estate companies.

The firm continued to broaden its influence in 2024 with the acquisition of
Crest Sotheby’s International Realty, formerly known as Murray Real Estate (est.
1990), enhancing its reach into the Inland Empire and additional California
communities.

In 2025, Vista expanded northward and into new markets through two additional
acquisitions: Gateway Sotheby’s International Realty (est. 2015) and Intero Real
Estate (est. 2015), both of which brought new coverage in key regions of
Northern California. Later that same year, Vista added another legacy brokerage
to its network with the acquisition of Wheeler Steffen Sotheby’s International
Realty, a firm with 60 years of history in Claremont, California while also
bringing offices in Big Bear Lake and Blue Jay, extending Vista’s reach into
Southern California’s mountain communities.
