Sunset Close is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property featuring a bright white interior with interior with Caribbean accent colours and modern furnishings. The spacious open-plan living area includes 1,400 square feet of covered patios including outdoor dining space, all facing a fabulous view of Silly Creek. Just off your pool patio is a waterfront lounge deck and a small beach with sun recliners. Jump into the villa’s kayak or onto the paddle board and head out to explore the mangroves. Those who wish to avoid the mid-day sun can enjoy a movie in the theater room, some board games on the upstairs lanai, or a book or nap in a variety of inviting shaded areas. The two master bedroom suites offer king sized beds, walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms (separate shower and soaking tub). Each of the bedrooms features large sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor patios, one upstairs and one ground level, providing a beautiful view of the turquoise waters. A third bedroom also features a king-sized bed and sliding doors that open up to a patio facing Silly Creek. The fourth bedroom on the front of the house, second floor, faces the ocean and includes two extra-long twin beds that can convert to a comfortable king configuration.
