EXTERIORS
The estate covers a total surface of approximately 14.5 hectares (35.8 acres) of land, the majority of which is covered in vineyards (13.9 ha). The property is placed at approximately 300 m a.s.l. and is characterized by mostly flat land.
The microclimate of this area, characterized by constant ventilation and mild temperatures, is suitable for several type of grapes, including varieties that are specific to Trentino and Northern Italy such as Gewürtztraminer and Moscato. Vineyards are all equipped with an irrigation system to support the plants in case of dry seasons.

Around 200,000 bottles of wine are currently produced each year by harvesting roughly 200 tons of grapes. By purchasing additional grapes from neighbouring wineries, it would also be possible to increase the production up to 300,000 bottles.
