Le domaine s’étend sur le territoire de production du doc primitivo di Manduria, dans la province de Brindisi ; il regroupe en un seul endroit une ancienne masseria datant du XVIIe siècle, qui développe une superficie d’environ 1230 mètres carrés et restaurée dans le respect de l’environnement et de l’architecture d’origine, ainsi qu’une cave contemporaine d’environ 3 308 mètres carrés, conçue selon les principes les plus actuels de la bio-architecture.
L’intervention architecturale sur les anciens bâtiments a respecté le plan d’origine.
Un soin particulier a été apporté à la restauration des deux bâtiments historiques importants de la région : la tour massive, qui sera transformée en une belle résidence pour les hôtes du domaine, et une chapelle privée ornée de fresques datant du XVIe siècle.
La propriété bénéficie de 270 hectares de terrain ; depuis l’acquisition, tous les terrains ont fait l’objet d’interventions éco-durables avec la plantation de variétés indigènes capables d’extraire la plus haute qualité des deux types de sols présents, l’un à squelette prédominant et l’autre à texture argilo-limoneuse.
Il y a 130 hectares de vignes, toutes des terres où de nouvelles rangées des meilleures variétés indigènes ont été plantées depuis l’an 2000.
