Villa Résidentielle || Cyclades/Tinos Chora

Tinos, at a short distance from the three mountainous, traditional villages of the Triantaros region, a newly built residence of 200 square meters (vertical property ownership), with a swimming pool. It is part of a small complex of two indirectly adjacent residences. The completion of the unfinished buildings proceeded with an inspired revision of the original permit, with simple, but quality construction and a distinctive, bohemian aesthetic. The use of natural materials, by local craftsmen, such as local stone, cement mortar on the floors, modern wooden frames, colored plaster, bridge the past with a newer, comfortable perspective. The ground floor consists of a single dining room/living room with large windows, a kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, built-in wooden wardrobes, and reinforced insulation. On the upper floor, there are two fully independent guest rooms with a fireplace and bathroom. A fully equipped 65 m² swimming pool will be created, with its own tank and machine room. There will also be at least three covered outdoor areas, one of which will have a comfortable, stone-built sitting area and BBQ. A solar water heater will be installed and a water tank, a sewage tank and a two-car, covered parking space will be constructed. A special detached house, which offers a delightful, wide view to the neighboring villages, the blue Aegean Sea and at least ten islands of the Cyclades.
