Villa Signée Eugène Lizero à Theoule Sur Mer

Built in the 1970s in a sought-after residential neighborhood on the heights of Théoule-sur-Mer, this California-inspired villa by Eugène Lizero sits on a large wooded plot and offers breathtaking views of the entire Bay of Cannes. The entrance, marked by an original wooden pivot door, opens onto a sculptural spiral staircase finished in wood and wrought iron, featuring a light fixture at its core. This bright, open space is also distinguished by its red Iranian travertine flooring. The ground floor includes a bedroom overlooking the garden, a laundry room equipped with a washbasin, a shower room with separate toilets, and ample storage. This level also houses a garage that can be converted into a large suite, as well as a boiler room. Upstairs, a hall illuminated by a skylight leads to an independent kitchen and a spacious living room. The living room features a stone fireplace and opens widely onto a long balcony and the outdoors. Large glass doors frame an exceptional panorama: the Bay of Cannes, the Southern Alps, and the red rocks of the Estérel.
