Casa Rebecca | Maison Design À Hacienda Pinilla Par Freddie Builders

Welcome to Casa Rebecca, a beautifully crafted 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom custom home located in the exclusive beachfront community of Las Golondrinas within Hacienda Pinilla. Built by the highly respected Freddie Builders—known throughout the area for their quality construction and refined finishes—this home has been meticulously maintained by its original owners and has never been rented.

Positioned on one of the most desirable lots in Las Golondrinas, Casa Rebecca enjoys a premier location on the southern side of the community, backing onto a lush jungle buffer with a seasonal creek that keeps the landscape vibrant year-round. The result is a private tropical sanctuary, where monkeys and native wildlife move through the towering Costa Rican trees.

Just a short 2-minute walk from the home, you’ll find one of Hacienda Pinilla’s most beautiful beaches—featuring white sand, tide pools, and excellent snorkeling.

The home sits on a spacious 1,420 sq m; lot and is thoughtfully designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living. Upon entering, you’re immediately welcomed by an open-concept layout with soaring 1.5 height ceilings and expansive glass panels that flood the home with natural light. The seamless flow leads your eye straight through the living space to the outdoor terrace and pool, creating a true sense of openness and connection to nature.

The outdoor living area is a standout feature, highlighted by a beautifully appointed teak outdoor kitchen—perfect for entertaining or relaxing in style. The three-tiered pool design adds a striking architectural element, featuring a jacuzzi off the main living area, a central swimming pool, and a shallow lower section ideal for lounging or families.

Additional features include an enclosed garage and high-end finishes throughout, consistent with the craftsmanship Freddie Builders is known for.

Casa Rebecca is a rare opportunity to own a private, never-rented home in one of Hacienda Pinilla’s most sought-after beachfront communities.
