Spetses is an island where time seems to have stopped in a bygone era. This rare villa is located just a few steps from the most beautiful beach of the island, 12 kilometers from the town in an area with few homes and the peacefulness of Greece in the 1970’s. The property is comprised of two structures measuring ­­408  sq.m. in total which are set in lush grounds of 1,904 sq.m. The main house features a large living room with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one of which is a master suite with fireplace). Large terraces circling the residence offer a striking swimming pool decorated with Spanish tiles and a gazebo with a large dining table for al fresco dining and relaxing during the summer months. An open-air kitchen with a barbeque and a pizza oven, as well as several more exterior sitting and dining areas complete the property. Colorful flowers including bougainvilleas create a magical setting where families and friends can share precious moments.
