Country Estate with Guest Casitas and Studio in Las Villas Natural Park
Set in the heart of “Las Villas,” within the vast protected landscape of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park, this beautifully maintained country estate comprises five separate buildings: a main house, three independent casitas and a fully insulated music/yoga studio. Surrounded by mountains, rivers and unspoilt woodland, the property enjoys a front-row position in one of Andalucía’s most dramatic natural settings.
Despite its peaceful seclusion, access is straightforward via a short 300-metre track connecting to a well-maintained asphalt road. A rural school, restaurant and lively Saturday farmer’s market are within a ten-minute walk.
 
Main House
The principal house is arranged around a striking double-height open-plan living space combining lounge, kitchen and dining area. An open fireplace creates a natural focal point, and doors lead directly to the covered outdoor kitchen and dining terrace, complete with pizza oven.

Music & Yoga Studio
A separate 49 m² fully sound-insulated studio offers excellent versatility. Large enough for a band, it includes its own bathroom and outdoor patio. The building is already plumbed for a kitchen, allowing straightforward conversion into further accommodation if desired. It is equally suited to music, yoga, dance, art workshops or retreats.
 
Land & Sustainability
Below the house lie seven mostly flat plots totalling approximately 1.3 hectares, suitable for vegetable cultivation or keeping horses. A year-round natural spring provides abundant water to the property.
