On around 70,000 m² of land with sea views and this authentic finca, you will only hear birdsong, the bleating of sheep and the whispering of the wind as it blows through the trees.

The Mallorcan-style house has an entrance area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor. From the hallway you enter the spectacular living/dining area. On the left side you can sit comfortably around the fireplace, the right side is dedicated entirely to culinary delights. Here you will find a long, solid dining table with a fantastic chandelier, some antiques and the open, modern kitchen. Between the kitchen and the dining area there is another room with comfortable seating. The partially covered terrace in front of the living area enchants with a fantastic unobstructed view over the landscape to the sea. Another terrace directly at the house and a large, sunny terrace in front of the house offer wonderful retreats.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom. There is space for both a corner bathtub and a large, modern shower.

When building the country house, the owners attached great importance to staying in the Mallorcan style and they also went about the furnishings with great sensitivity. One or two antique pieces of furniture can be purchased. The modern open kitchen was only added a few years ago, and the house can still be extended to 200 m² in total. A pool can also be built.

A newly built laundry and drying room with a shower room close to the house is not protected by existing law and can be moved to the legal extension of the house or to the basement.
