A Provence house with outbuildings, a swimming pool, in a 2,000-m² garden, encircled by fig trees, near Hyères and 20 minutes from the beaches. Its southern façade overlooks a large patio that stretches out in front of the apartment to the west, while the garden encircling the house mainly expands to the south and east. The swimming pool and pool-house are located at the southeastern tip of the garden, which is enclosed by walls and hedges, after which a working, approximately 2-hectare, certified organic fig tree orchard (which could be included in the sale) can be found to south of the house.
