The manor was built between 1860 and 1870 and has historically belonged to the prestigious Näsbyholm Estate. The residence offers generous social spaces as well as six to seven bedrooms, all with walk-in closets.
Meticulously and skillfully renovated throughout in an Art Nouveau and turn-of-the-century style, with restored original windows, oiled oak herringbone parquet flooring, marble and limestone floors, and countless masterfully crafted double doors arranged in enfilade. Period-appropriate materials and traditional renovation methods have been used throughout, giving the house a harmonious and timeless character.

increased dramatically, we decided to open shop in the Öresund region. We want
to be in a region that’s expanding, so we can be on hand to help our clients.
From our office in Båstad and in Malmö, we have a view not only of the Bjäre
peninsula and Kullaberg, but all the way down to Skanör-Falsterbo, Ystad
Sandskog and beautiful Österlen region.
