Christie’s International Real Estate Shanghai is led by an industry veteran with over 25 years of deep expertise in China’s real estate investment sector. Leveraging the founder’s long-established network of high-net-worth clients in the Yangtze River Delta region and strategic partnerships with over 50 of China’s top real estate developers, we possess an unrivaled command of the premium property market.

In 2020, the founder established Shanghai Splendid Commercial Management Ltd., further expanding our market presence in the Greater Bay Area and successfully assisting Chinese entrepreneurs and their families with overseas investment and property acquisitions in the United States. Now operating under the Christie’s International Real Estate brand, we integrate local market intelligence with a global perspective, delivering comprehensive investment services that span luxury residential properties, commercial real estate, and art-infused lifestyle investments to both domestic and international high-net-worth clients.

Through our alignment with Christie’s auction house global resources, as well as close collaborations with private banks and industry associations — including the Real Estate Association and the New Energy Association within the Yangtze River Delta — we are well-equipped to navigate complex and ever-evolving market conditions. When capturing the financial dynamism of Shanghai, we uphold the world’s highest brokerage standards to preserve and grow our clients’ assets.
