Il est situé à 300 mètres du point d’arrivée du télésiège de Sagna Longa et de l’hôtel-restaurant La Baita della Luna. En hiver, il est accessible en ski ou en motoneige, en été en voiture. Il mesure 125 m2 commerciaux, avec une terrasse de 9 m2 et un garage/porche pour motoneige de 9 m2, plus une autre terrasse de 15 m2. Autour d’elle, un terrain privé de 1207 mètres carrés.
