Une Résidence Historique Remarquable Au Cœur De Majorque

Located in the charming village of Sencelles, this extraordinary historic residence offers a rare opportunity to own a truly unique piece of Mallorcan heritage. Originally dating from the early 20th century, the property has been carefully renovated while preserving the architectural character, proportions and original details that make it so distinctive.
Behind its traditional façade lies an impressive home arranged across three floors, with grand reception rooms, soaring ceilings of up to approximately 4.5 metres and an abundance of natural light. Original architectural elements have been thoughtfully retained throughout, creating an elegant balance between historic Mallorcan character and contemporary comfort.

The residence offers nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, providing exceptional flexibility for a large private home, visiting family and guests or dedicated spaces for working, wellness and entertainment.

At the heart of the property is its private garden – a peaceful oasis hidden away in the centre of the village. Generous terraces and a swimming pool create an inviting setting for long lunches, quiet afternoons and outdoor living throughout much of the year.
Further features include a home gym, sauna, wine cellar, library, guest accommodation, staff accommodation, garage and extensive storage. The scale of the property and variety of spaces make it particularly unusual for a village residence.

Sencelles offers an authentic Mallorcan lifestyle surrounded by vineyards, countryside and traditional villages, while Palma can be reached in approximately 25 minutes. The location combines the tranquillity of Mallorca’s interior with convenient access to the capital and the rest of the island.
