Amanda Thomason manages two offices in Arizona – one in North Scottsdale,
affiliated with 150+ independent sales associates, and one in Fountain Hills,
affiliated with 20+ independent sales associates. These two offices service
Resale, New Construction, Commercial, Resort Properties, Land, and Short-term
and Long-Term Rentals. We have an assistant manager, Dale Pavlicek and 6 mentors
that are available to help provide coaching to newly licensed sales associates
to help them grow their business.

Office Culture
A mentoring program is available for newly licensed sales associates, and the
Assistant Manager is always available for support. There are optional sales
meetings every Tuesday and the speakers have included Attorneys, Judges,
Congressmen, Law Enforcement officials, Fire Department officials. Accountants,
Economists, our Arizona Real Estate Commissioner and, Mayors. The sales
associates know what is going on locally, in our county, our state, nationally
and internationally. The North Scottsdale office production always exceeds the
Multiple Listings statistics per sales associate.

North Scottsdale provides access to education which helps sales associates
better understand the differences in real estate procedures from state to state,
since a majority of clients are moving here from another area. This continuing
education program is second to none! A lot of the sales associates have
relocated from other parts of the country, so they better understand the
challenges of relocation.
