The district is located in the midst of the Salento Mediterranean scrub, between the municipalities of Sava, Torricella, and Manduria — an area still wild and untouched, dominated by lush nature scented with olive trees, maritime pines, rosemary, and prickly pears.

The villa is part of a project called “Borgo dei Templari”, which covers a plot of approximately 41,690 square meters, divided into an area with three private villas, a private parking lot, and a relaxation and play area.
The villas are named Villa Scerza, Villa Selvaggia, and Villa Trullo.

Villa Selvaggia, measuring about 202 square meters with a surrounding plot of approximately 7,740 square meters, was created from an old pagliaro (traditional stone shelter) with external stone pathways.
