This Mediterranean semi-detached house, part of a residential complex, looks like a detached house because the house, built in 2000, is architecturally designed in such a way that it appears independent. The (private) plot has a size of 300 m².

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and the hot water boiler in the utility room. A highly polished black granite worktop enhances the kitchen.

The floor of the house is covered with Mediterranean terracotta tiles. Lockable, double-glazed PVC windows and doors (with tilt and turn function) ensure a cozy ambience inside the house. All windows have electric shutters.

The interior doors are made of solid wood, painted white.
There are white fitted wardrobes with sliding doors in the bedrooms and entrance area.

The washbasins in the two bathrooms are also made of granite. Electric underfloor heating provides a cozy warmth.

The house is heated and cooled by an air conditioning system with fan coils using an inverter air-to-water heat pump from Stiebel-Eltron.

The residential complex includes a saltwater communal pool. The residential complex is not accessible to unauthorized persons!
