1325 Rue Cerro Gordo

This property was the home of Miguel Lamy who was an orphaned Native American raised by Archbishop Juan Baptiste Lamy. Santa Fe County shows the age of the original structure as 1930, however, the deceased owner believes photos he acquired from the Museum of NM Archives depicts the home in 1916. The original structure is in rough shape and in need of significant rehabilitation. A two car garage and a studio were built around 1980 (According to the Santa Fe County Tax Assessor) and these structures could create a great additional/primary living space. The property has additional off-street parking and lovely grounds in need of maintenance.
