Santa Eugenia is a small agricultural municipality in the geographic heart of Mallorca, roughly equidistant from Palma, Inca, and the island’s western sierra. The village retains a genuinely rural character, with dry-stone walls, almond and olive groves, and a pace of life that stands apart from the coastal resort belt. The surrounding countryside, part of the Es Pla plain, is among the most authentically Mallorcan landscapes on the island, largely unchanged by the tourism development that has transformed much of the coastline.

Santa Maria del Camí, about ten minutes by car, offers better-stocked shops, the well-regarded Celler Sa Sinia restaurant, and a Sunday artisan market. Palma’s Mercat de l’Olivar and the full range of the city’s dining and cultural offer are around 20 minutes away.

Santa Eugenia sits directly on the Ma-3011 road, giving straightforward access to Palma in approximately 20 to 25 minutes by car. The Ma-13 motorway, reachable via Santa Maria del Camí in around ten minutes, connects efficiently to the north of the island. Palma de Mallorca Airport is roughly 25 to 30 minutes by car and operates year-round international routes to most major European cities, with journey times to London, Paris, and Frankfurt all under three hours.
