Formerly a holiday camp, it was patiently and passionately taken over by Marine and Simon, who renovated it stone by stone, plank by plank, respecting the mountain. 120m2 on three levels, south-facing, bathed in sunlight from the mountain peaks; a large open-plan living room and kitchen around a wood-burning stove, one double bedroom and a second double bedroom with an adjoining children’s bedroom. A mezzanine dormitory, two bathrooms, and views extending to the Col de la Golèse. The water comes from a captured spring, the electricity from solar panels.
