Attenante à la villa, la Prolunga développe environ 4 500 m² et se distingue par son élégante colonnade continue. Au centre de cette imposante façade se trouve le Casinetto, qui abritait autrefois le théâtre de la cour. La cour rustique réunit également un ensemble de bâtiments agricoles totalisant plus de 5 000 m².
Autour des bâtiments s’étend un magnifique parc de 35 hectares, riche en arbres majestueux et en essences exotiques rares, prolongé par de vastes espaces boisés. Cet environnement naturel exceptionnel souligne la grandeur du Casino dei Boschi et préserve son caractère unique de remarquable ensemble architectural harmonieusement intégré au paysage.
