Saint Raphael Boulouris — Villa De 192 M²

Saint-Raphaël occupies a privileged position on the Var coast, where the red porphyry rock of the Estérel massif meets the Mediterranean. The town has been a destination for discerning visitors since the Belle Époque, and its residential quarters retain a measured, unhurried quality that distinguishes it from the more congested resorts to the east. Boulouris, its eastern enclave, is particularly sought after: a low-density residential area of villas set among umbrella pines, close to the sea and largely insulated from tourist traffic.

Boulouris has direct access to several small coves and the Plage du Débarquement. The town centre of Saint-Raphaël, reachable in minutes by car, offers the covered market on Place Victor Hugo, the Casino, and established restaurants along the port including L’Arbousier. The Corniche d’Or coastal road connects to Agay and Théoule.

Saint-Raphaël has a mainline TGV-served station with direct services to Paris in approximately three hours and to Marseille in around one hour. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 65 kilometres to the east, reachable in under an hour by car outside peak season. The A8 motorway provides straightforward access to Cannes, Nice, and the Italian border, as well as westward to Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
