L’idée principale de l’architecte était de construire la villa sur la partie supérieure de la parcelle, en profitant de la pente naturelle pour créer une villa rectangulaire sur quatre niveaux. Au nord de la villa, trois escaliers droits contribuent à justifier son nom « La Ligne Droite ».
L’architecture particulièrement soignée reflète toutes les caractéristiques du mouvement moderne des années 1930, avec son utilisation de la lumière et ses ouvertures sur le jardin et la mer.
Une magnifique terrasse sur le toit offre une vue sur la baie de Beaulieu-sur-Mer et la villa Kerylos, ainsi que sur la baie de Villefranche-sur-Mer et sa vieille ville.
