A 19th-century manor house, in need of a renovation, its wooded grounds of 8 hectares and land zoned for building, one hour from Paris. Erected in the middle of immense grounds, once past the gate, the rectangular-shaped red brick dwelling, built in the middle of the 19th century with a central, projecting forepart framed by two symmetrical wings and topped with a slate roof, stands in the midst of a verdant enclosure. With a bottom scroll-step, a flight of gradual stone steps leads to the house’s arched double door entrance, whereas, on the first floor, double glass doors, flanked on either side by windows separated by small columns, open onto a balcony supported by corbels. In addition, on the second and last floor, triple arched windows bathe this level in light, while the other floors receive ample sunlight thanks to large-paned windows equipped with modern joinery.
Lastly, along the edge of the property, which is enclosed by stone walls and a dense ring of vegetation, there is a small former outbuilding, which was converted into a caretaker’s cottage, as well as a dovecote, both constructed out of brick and mortar.
