Royan, Pontaillac, Sous La Glycine, Une Maison De Plain Pied !

First, there is the garden: grass, established trees, wooden terraces, and a wall all around. The house comes next, white, low, nestled under the foliage. One lives there with doors open, from the first coffee until the evening. The main volume gently curves, white, topped with tiles, like a bow turned towards the garden. Inside, the living room flows from one bay to another; the fireplace holds the center. As the hours pass, the light changes from terrace to terrace, and one eventually chooses their own. Built in 2000, it is just the right age: young enough for comfort, mature enough for the trees to have caught up with it. This lifestyle is located just steps from Pontaillac beach...
