In the historic heart of Rome, between Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, this exclusive residence is located on the fourth floor of the prestigious Palazzo Raggi, an elegant 18th-century building that has been restored to its original splendor through a major renovation project carried out under the supervision of the Italian Heritage Authority.

Le projet, conçu par Tamburini et dL Engineering, a su combiner avec succès l’élégance historique avec des solutions architecturales et technologiques de pointe, telles que le spectaculaire ascenseur panoramique en verre, l’imposant escalier monumental d’origine et le hall raffiné, agrémenté de matériaux de qualité réinterprétés dans une touche contemporaine.
L’appartement, jamais occupé, mesure environ 60 m², avec des plafonds de plus de 4 mètres de hauteur et une vue directe sur la pittoresque Via del Corso. Il comprend un spacieux séjour avec une cuisine ouverte sur mesure, équipée de meubles design Boffi, une spacieuse chambre double et une élégante salle de bains privative aux finitions haut de gamme. Une deuxième salle de bains pour invités, parfaitement intégrée à l’agencement, complète l’ensemble.
