Elviria is one of the most established residential enclaves on the eastern stretch of the Costa del Sol, positioned between Marbella and Mijas Costa at roughly 12 kilometres from Marbella’s old town. Santa María Golf and Country Club is immediately accessible. The beaches of Playa de Elviria and Playa de Cabopino are within two kilometres, and Cabopino marina offers additional dining options.

Marbella town centre is approximately 15 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road or the AP-7 toll motorway. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is around 35 to 40 minutes by car, placing Elviria within practical reach of a major international hub serving direct routes to most European capitals and beyond. The AP-7 also connects efficiently northward toward Fuengirola and Málaga city, and southward toward Estepona and Gibraltar Airport, which is roughly 75 minutes away.
