Villa III:
Villa III is a three-storey 185 sq. m luxurious residence, decorated in a minimal, holiday style and attention was paid in every detail, having our guests’ comfort in mind, using high quality design and furnishings throughout. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 if necessary.

Lower Floor
On the lower level of the Villa guests can find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and access to the pool terrace through a staircase. All bedrooms are air conditioned and are equipped with 32’’ HDTVs and king size beds (1,60 X 2,00 m) with comfortable mattresses. The playroom with 49’’ HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, board games and siting area with sofa, will offer many pleasant moments to you and your family. The playroom offers access to the pool terrace through a staircase. Additionally, the sauna and gym with static bike and weights will help you keep in shape during your holiday. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Reaching the ground floor, you will find yourselves in the living room area providing a sofa and armchairs, 32’’ HDTV, as well as pool view and direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining area with island counter, wine cooler, sofa and 49’’ HDTV, provides all necessary appliances and equipment for your self catered vacation. Additionally, one more bedroom with an en-suite jacuzzi bathtub and a WC next to it can also be found on this level.
First Floor
After ascending a few stairs, guests can find the third bedroom of he Villa, which offers an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, as well as access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool.
