Los Muertos Brewing, Yeo Sushi, SIAM and Bravos are all inside a minute on foot; La Dolce Vita, Freddy’s Toucan and the Pancake House are two; Starbucks is three. The airport is fifteen minutes by car, with direct service to more than thirty cities across the United States and Canada. Most listings in this town claim walkability. This one is measured in single digits, and you will not need a car unless you are leaving Vallarta.

Velōa is ninety-four residences over eleven levels, more than half of them already sold, and the top-floor plans are the part of any building that goes first.
