Five minutes on foot down to the sand and to Los Muertos Pier. Ten minutes to the restaurants, galleries and Saturday markets of Old Town. Twenty minutes by car to Puerto Vallarta International Airport, with direct service to more than thirty cities across the United States and Canada. The hillside is close to built out and there is no more of it to release, which is the structural reason this address has held the way it has.

Solcon.
